Everything we have to know about HONKAI STAR RAIL

Unlike Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail is a turn-based strategy RPG title with no multiplayer or co-op mode.

HoYoverse, the game studio that brought us Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd is all set to launch a new space fantasy RPG called Honkai: Star Rail. And if you are wondering, it is not a sequel to the Honkai Impact 3rd, even though they are set in the same universe.

When will Honkai: Star Rail be released?
Honkai: Star Rail is currently available for download from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. However, the game will be playable on April 26 at 7:30 AM in India.

Is Honkai: Star Rail open world?
Like Genshin Impact, where players can navigate to any part of the map they want, Honkai: Star Rail allows players to explore different maps and areas but it is limited. In a true sense, the game offers a semi-open world experience.

Are there any free characters in Honkai: Star Rail?
In the final closed beta, HoYoverse offered seven Honkai: Star Rail characters for free. They are Trailblazer, Dan Heng, March 7th, Serval, Natasha, Asta, Qingque and Herta.

Honkai: Star Rail minimum system requirements
If you are planning to play the game on a PC, you will need at least 6GB of RAM, Windows 7 64-bit, Nvidia GeForce GTX 650, and an Intel Core i3 processor. PC users will also need a minimum of 20GB of free space with the game occupying somewhere around 12GB.

Talking of Android, the game can easily run on devices with 4GB of RAM and a chipset newer than Snapdragon 835, Dimensity 720 or Kirin 810 and requires at least 8..5GB free space.
